StackAdapt bolsters Australian team with two senior hires
StackAdapt has expanded its Australian operations with the appointment of two new senior commercial leaders as the company pursues further growth in the market. Chris Scudder takes on the role of Sales Director for New South Wales, while Sam Schneider steps into the position of Sales Director for Victoria.
Leadership additions
Scudder and Schneider will report to ANZ Sales Director Dan O'Connor. Both hires follow a period of rapid expansion for StackAdapt in Australia, where the company nearly achieved triple-digit growth during the first half of 2025 and now employs over 30 people locally.
Scudder joins with significant programmatic and retail media experience, having previously held senior positions at Quantcast, Flybuys, and Coles. At Quantcast, he was involved in expanding the business across Australia and Singapore, and at Flybuys and Coles, he led teams focused on retail media operations.
"I'm excited to once again work with Dan and the wider StackAdapt team during such a pivotal moment of global growth. Showcasing to leading brands and agencies across the region what's truly possible with StackAdapt is an exciting prospect with enormous potential," said Scudder, Sales Director NSW, StackAdapt.
Expertise in programmatic
Schneider brings a background in both traditional and digital media, with particular focus on digital transformation and programmatic advertising. During his tenure at MiQ, he developed strategies that aimed to integrate data-led marketing solutions for blue-chip clients and helped bridge the gap between evolving media technologies and performance metrics.
"I'm thrilled to join StackAdapt and be part of a company that's redefining what's possible in digital advertising. I look forward to helping our partners harness the full potential of programmatic to achieve their business goals," said Schneider.
Growth trajectory
The appointments come at a time when StackAdapt is seeing strong demand from brands and agencies looking to expand their digital advertising capabilities in the region. Both Scudder and Schneider are expected to play central roles in supporting the company's next phase of local growth.
"To bring on two staff the calibre of Chris and Sam is a real sign of intent for where the business is heading in Australia. We're delighted to have them join our growing team and they will undoubtedly play a big role in our future growth," said O'Connor.
