BillingPlatform named leader in Forrester's Q1 2025 report

BillingPlatform has been recognised as a Leader in "The Forrester Wave: Recurring Billing Solutions, Q1 2025" report by the global research and advisory firm, Forrester Research.

The evaluation considered 13 vendors using 22 criteria in the categories of Current Offering and Strategy, where BillingPlatform achieved the highest possible score of 5 out of 5 in 16 of these criteria. The platform was appraised positively on various fronts, namely Products and Bundles, Billing Logic, Extensibility, Usage Data, and Reliability and Scalability under Current Offering. It also scored high in Strategy components such as Vision, Innovation, Roadmap, Partner Ecosystem, and Adoption.

Forrester described BillingPlatform as a "rapidly growing company with a strong engineering backbone and a growing portfolio of solutions…" and noted its dedication to "innovation," highlighting its "unique products and services."

Forrester's report also highlighted BillingPlatform's focus on "building more applications to manage the entire accounts receivable lifecycle" and praised its capability to handle high usage volumes and billing data. Customers of BillingPlatform have expressed appreciation for the flexibility it offers in configuring their solutions independently.

N-able Technologies, a customer of BillingPlatform, began utilising the platform in 2018 after needing to streamline multiple legacy billing systems.
