Claroty appoints Amir Preminger as new chief technology officer

Claroty has announced Amir Preminger as its new Chief Technology Officer.

In his new role, Preminger will continue to lead Claroty's research group, Team82, while also expanding his focus to drive innovation across the company's products and services. He aims to strengthen the connection between technology and business growth, as well as ensure that customer insights guide product development.

Yaniv Vardi, Chief Executive Officer at Claroty, stated, "At Claroty, innovation and customer experience are at the core of everything we do, and Amir has been a driving force behind both for nearly a decade. As CTO, his deep technical expertise, strategic mindset, and ability to bridge customer needs with technology will be instrumental in driving our next phase of growth and strengthening our leadership in CPS security."

Preminger's background includes founding Claroty's Team82, which has been recognised for its strategic direction and expertise in vulnerability and threat research, particularly within the cyber-physical systems (CPS) domain. He previously spent almost ten years with an elite technological unit in the Israel Defense Force, where he was involved in research and development of advanced cyber solutions across various technical fields.

Commenting on his new position, Preminger said, "I am honoured to take on the role of CTO at Claroty.
