Harte Hanks launches new Demand Generation service for SMEs

Fri, 21st Jun 2024

Harte Hanks has announced the launch of its latest service offering, Demand Generation In a Box. The new suite of services aims to provide small and medium businesses with the necessary data, personnel, and content to enhance brand interest and drive lead generation.

The Massachusetts-based leader in customer experience solutions described Demand Generation In a Box as an all-in-one service package.

It's focused on combining data, sales, and marketing services specifically for business-to-business lead generation. The package is designed to support businesses in identifying high-potential leads, outsourcing sales development, and enhancing lead qualification and outbound sales efforts. It also includes media, content, and digital marketing components.

Kelly Waller, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Harte Hanks, cited significant market demand as a driving factor behind the new service.

"We've seen tremendous market demand for a turnkey solution with rapid deployment that will help companies generate more high-quality leads and close more business," said Waller.

Waller also acknowledged the challenges facing growing businesses, focusing on the utility of the new offering. "We know that scaling businesses worldwide are facing strong revenue headwinds. Everything from resource constraints and limited expertise to rapid content creation and data management demands. Moving forward, every dollar spent will need to work harder to grow at the same pace, and that's why we are rolling out Demand Generation In a Box," added Waller.

The services offered in Demand Generation In a Box are adaptable to the varying needs of businesses. For example, an Essentials package, which includes a foundational data package, weekly reporting, campaign strategy, sales playbook, and digital prospecting through email, display, and social media, is available starting at USD $10,000.

Harte Hanks' Chief Executive Officer, Kirk Davis, highlighted the launch as part of a broader strategy under the Elevate programme, aimed at expanding the company's customer base, diversifying its product lineup, and enhancing operational efficiency.

"Unveiling this new product is just one of the many bold initiatives we've launched this year under Elevate, our transformative programme designed to expand our customer base, diversify our product lineup, and boost our efficiency," said Davis.

Davis also mentioned the upcoming global Enable360 event in London, which will serve as the platform for the official unveiling of Demand Generation In a Box. "We're also thrilled to kick off our first-ever global Enable360 event in London next week," noted Davis.

An important feature of Demand Generation In a Box is its lack of requirement for new software or hardware, allowing for seamless integration with existing business processes.

Harte Hanks assures that campaigns utilising the new service can be operational within six weeks, aimed at driving high-quality leads and conversions effectively. Harte Hanks has scheduled the official introduction of Demand Generation In a Box at their ENABLE360 event in London. The event will serve as a comprehensive overview of the new product and related services.

The company operates globally, partnering with various high-profile clients such as Bank of America, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Pfizer, HBOMax, Volvo, Ford, FedEx, Midea, Sony, and IBM among others.

Headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Harte Hanks employs over 2,500 individuals across the Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific.
