In a significant step towards achieving its goal of revolutionising property and payment transactions, Australian technology company, Hutly, has announced the appointment of industry stalwart John Natsioulas as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Natsioulas comes to Hutly after a nine-year-long involvement with PEXA, where he played an instrumental role in developing and executing its property exchange platform. He's now set to channel this experience into advancing Hutly’s suite of on-platform digital solutions.

Founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Jeremy Hastings, Hutly has experienced significant growth, now servicing over 47% of the East Coast property market. The platform hosts 4,000 agencies, processes one million contracts per year and handles approximately AUD$18 billion in contract value annually. Hutly’s mission is to ensure smoother, more successful interactions in real estate by putting trust back into the sector.

Jeremy Hastings, Hutly’s Founder and Managing Director expressed his excitement over the new addition to the team, "We're thrilled to welcome John to the Hutly family. His extensive experience, industry insight and innovative approach will be instrumental in driving Hutly's mission to transform property and payment transactions."

John Natsioulas also shared his enthusiasm for the opportunity, "Joining Hutly as CTO is an exciting step. I look forward to bringing my technological expertise to the table and helping the team power economic opportunities, drive productive interactions and promote successful outcomes in the real estate market."

Hutly differentiates itself as the only global provider of Living Contracts. With a commitment to compliance, security, and a seamless user experience at its core, it currently commands a significant presence in the East Coast property market. This presence comprises 4,000 real estate agencies on its platform, with one million contracts processed and approximately $18 billion worth of rental value transacted every year.

Operating with a lean team of 22 employees, Hutly maintains its position as an Australian owned and operated technology company with extensive industry partnerships, such as its collaboration with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).
