Klippa partners with Ben Accord to drive automation in AU

Today

Klippa has announced its first strategic partnership in Australia with Ben Accord Business Solutions, focusing on document automation and finance business transformation.

This partnership will see Dutch technology company Klippa integrate its DocHorizon functionality with Ben Accord's experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and finance transformation solutions, specifically in the SAP HANA ecosystem.

The collaboration is set to begin with the automation and optimisation of document processing for businesses. Longer-term plans include expanding into Klippa's SpendControl offering, which is aimed at supporting organisations in the management and optimisation of corporate spending.

Yogesh Balraj, Director & Senior Consultant at Ben Accord Business Solutions, highlighted the value this collaboration brings to their clients. "We were immediately impressed by Klippa's technology and its potential to further streamline finance business processes. This partnership offers a fantastic opportunity to provide our clients with quick, measurable results by speedy integration of Klippa's automation functionalities into our business process re-engineering & finance transformation services. It will enhance our collaboration and accelerate growth of our new partnership," said Balraj.

Ben Accord Business Solutions brings more than four decades of combined technical expertise in SAP implementations and business process transformation. The consultancy's market knowledge positions it to help clients realise the benefits of Klippa's automation technology, particularly in standardising and optimising business practices.

According to Balraj, "The combination of Klippa's technology and our ERP experience is a game-changer for businesses looking to modernize and stay competitive. We're ready to help our clients reduce costs, improve profitability, and enhance operational efficiency through this partnership."

The partnership aligns both companies towards a shared goal of reducing administrative overhead, supporting workflow automation, and enabling Australian businesses to focus on their core operations. Robert Jan Verheggen, Global Growth Director at Klippa, stated, "In today's rapidly evolving business environment, it's crucial for companies to adapt and innovate. This partnership brings together complementary strengths, and we're excited to help businesses navigate this change, positioning them for long-term success."

Both companies aim to offer joint solutions that leverage technological tools such as artificial intelligence for intelligent document processing, as well as domain expertise in ERP and finance transformation. The objective is to enable Australian businesses to take full advantage of automation, enhancing both profitability and employee engagement.

This collaboration represents Klippa's initial expansion of its technology into the Australian market, combining its AI-driven document processing services with Ben Accord's established consulting capabilities. As part of future developments, the partnership plans to look into implementing spend management automation through Klippa's SpendControl.

Ben Accord Business Solutions serves clients across a wide range of industries, focusing primarily on finance and operational efficiency. The firm's established network in Australia and its experience with major ERP solutions were cited as key factors in its selection as Klippa's local partner.

Klippa has been recognised in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for three consecutive years, reflecting its track record in intelligent document processing and operational automation for organisations globally. The company currently works with over 1,000 clients worldwide.
