Localsearch pioneers Australian SMB support with nationwide expansion
Localsearch, a company focused on digital integration and business marketing, is launching a nationwide expansion to bolster its support for small businesses (SMBs) across Australia. The expansion comes in response to a 28% surge in interstate demand from SMBs seeking digital marketing solutions ranging from website building to search engine ranking. As part of this strategic move, Localsearch has also announced its latest innovative tool 'Performance Boost,' an AI-powered solution designed to maximise SMBs' digital identity across services like Google and Meta.
Emerging from its humble beginnings as a phonebook sales company in the '90s, Localsearch has spent more than three decades at the forefront of digital innovation. The nation-wide expansion aims to equip SMBs with the necessary tools and services to bridge the education gap between their limited resources and the potential of AI.
Adam Boote, Localsearch's Director of Growth, with more than 15 years of experience, is leading the charge in integrating AI and digital strategy to boost SMBs' chances of success. Under his oversight, Localsearch is not just expanding geographically but also pioneering new standards of efficiency and effectiveness in SMB marketing with its new tool, Performance Boost. Boote believes this amalgamation of AI and digital strategy could redefine success for SMBs and marketers.
The new solution, Performance Boost, is an affordable suite that leverages Google AI and Meta Advantage+ capabilities, enabling businesses to maximise 10 key advertising channels such as YouTube, Google Maps, and Instagram. The platform allocates budgets across channels intelligently for optimal performance. Under this new system, Localsearch's extensive customer base of 28,000 SMBs can engage the power of Performance Boost on the same day as their initial consultation.
In its beta model rollout in December 2023, Performance Boost achieved 3.71 million impressions, driving more than 55,000 clicks and 19,093 interactions for Localsearch's clients, at an average cost of $1.14 per interaction.
Regarding the company's expansion and the introduction of Performance Boost, Boote stated, "This announcement marks a pivotal moment for Localsearch, demonstrating our commitment to empowering small businesses across Australia. Despite broader economic challenges for many SMBs, we're proud to expand our footprint and services to support businesses not just to survive, but thrive. Our dedication to adaptability and innovation reflects our support for small businesses on their journey to success."
Keri Alexander, Owner of A Better Way Funerals in Sydney and a Localsearch customer, praises the impact of Localsearch on her business. "In just a few months, they've lifted the burden of managing our online presence, allowing me to focus on what I do best - running my business. Since our website went live, we've seen a remarkable 124% increase in inbound requests from new customers. It's truly been a transformative experience," she said.
