Newgen Software has announced a collaboration with BankVic to enhance the bank's member experiences using the NewgenONE platform.

BankVic, an Australian mutual bank serving emergency services, police, and health workers, has opted for the NewgenONE platform to improve its daily operations. The platform, which features AI-enabled and low-code capabilities, has been implemented to centralise the bank's enterprise-wide workflows.

This collaboration aims to increase efficiency, enhance member experiences, and bolster compliance and risk management. Shane Kuret, Chief Information Officer of BankVic, commented on the decision to partner with NewgenONE. "At BankVic, delivering exceptional experiences to our members is at the heart of all our efforts. We carefully selected NewgenONE because the platform offers so much more than just technology; it has empowered our team and streamlined processes significantly. True innovation stems from strategic planning, skilled execution, and a culture of continuous improvement. These values are integral to us, which is why we partnered with Newgen," he said.

Krishna Kumar, Newgen's Australia Business Head, expressed optimism regarding the partnership. "We are delighted to collaborate with BankVic as they embrace the future of digital banking. Our platform provides all the capabilities banking leaders need to address unique challenges, overcome process inefficiencies, and integrate both internal and external customer journeys. Together, we are leading the charge in creating a new era of efficient, customer-centric banking," Kumar remarked.

This collaboration between BankVic and Newgen Software marks a significant step toward modernising banking operations, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and enhanced member experiences. By leveraging the capabilities of the NewgenONE platform, BankVic is positioning itself to address evolving customer needs while streamlining its internal workflows.

As the banking sector continues to embrace digital transformation, partnerships like this reflect the growing trend of integrating advanced technologies to meet the demands of a rapidly changing industry landscape. The outcomes of this collaboration will likely serve as a valuable case study for other financial institutions seeking similar improvements.
