Certis Australia has appointed Ng Tian Beng as the new President and Group Chief Executive Officer.

Ng succeeds Paul Chong, who will transition to the role of Advisor to the Chairman until his retirement in March 2026. Ng is set to lead Certis, which employs 26,000 staff worldwide, including a 3,000-strong workforce in Australia, focusing on providing security operational technology solutions.

Ng brings over 25 years of technology sector experience and a notable history in strategic leadership, business growth, and stakeholder engagement. His previous role was as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Dell Technologies Asia Pacific and Japan. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing partnerships with distributors and independent software vendors and spearheaded a Digital Cities vertical project in collaboration with Singapore's Economic Development Board.

Since joining Dell Technologies in 1998, Ng has held various senior leadership positions across the Asia Pacific region. These roles included Senior Vice President and Managing Director for South Asia and Korea and General Manager for Singapore and Brunei.

"Tian Beng's appointment marks a new chapter for Certis," stated Allen Lew, Chairman of Certis. "His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our business and culture as we continue to deliver on our Purpose. On behalf of the Board, I warmly welcome him to the Certis family."

Expressing his enthusiasm about the new role, Ng said, "I am both honoured and excited to join Certis to chart the future together. Building on Certis' strong heritage and transformation into a leading Ops-Tech solutions provider, I look forward to working with the amazing team to continue our growth journey—leveraging innovation to build a safer, smarter and better world."

In addition to his corporate experience, Ng has actively participated in national projects through involvement with organisations such as the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and the Singapore IT Federation. He has also contributed to several committees under the Workplace Safety and Health Council of the Ministry of Manpower.

Ng holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University in California, USA, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Western Australia.
