Rimini Street becomes Workday application management partner

Fri, 28th Mar 2025

Rimini Street has announced its new status as a Workday Application Management Services (AMS) Partner, enabling clients to access its Rimini Manage services for Workday's range of applications.

The collaboration between Rimini Street and Workday aims to address the existing market gap faced by organisations in finding qualified support talent for Workday applications. By becoming an AMS Partner, Rimini Street offers professional options for managing Workday Financial Management, Workday Human Capital Management, and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Rebecca Wettemann, Principal Analyst at Valoir, commented on the challenges organisations face in "recruiting, hiring, and retaining knowledgeable Workday support staff". Wettemann believes a partner offering such as Rimini Street is beneficial as it "reduces the support burden for existing teams and provides organisations with outside expertise to help them maximise the value from their Workday investment."

Rogerio Almeida, Group Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Workday, highlighted Rimini Street's addition as an AMS Partner. "Rimini Street's addition as a Workday AMS Partner will provide our community with valuable new capabilities for optimising their Workday environments," Almeida said. He noted that their "established expertise in delivering excellent service" would allow Workday customers to "achieve greater efficiency and derive more value from their deployments."

The introduction of Rimini Manage for Workday offers clients an opportunity to focus internal IT teams on implementing new functionalities and strategic innovation initiatives. This move is designed to enhance business outcomes by leveraging enterprise artificial intelligence, workflow, and automation, enabling organisations to maximise the potential and output of their talent.

Rimini Street offers a comprehensive support model that allows for adaptable staffing levels in line with business needs. Their approach is supported by a global service delivery network, boasting multi-lingual customer service available around the clock, supported by a team of engineers spanning more than 20 countries.

Seth Ravin, CEO of Rimini Street, expressed the company's enthusiasm for providing support to other organisations. "As a global company that also leverages Workday solutions, Rimini Street is pleased to offer other organisations our ultra-responsive, proven support and services," Ravin stated. He further explained that this service provides "an alternative to the complexities of directly managing Workday-knowledgeable staff, delivering significant cost efficiencies and greater operational leverage from their Workday investment." Ravin also revealed that Rimini Street already serves more than 300 clients who use Workday.

In addition to its Workday services, Rimini Street provides organisations with service solutions aimed at optimising and transforming existing budgets, supported by its Rimini Smart Path methodology.
