Thu, 11th Apr 2024

Tim Bryant has been named the new Chief Revenue Officer of SAP SuccessFactors for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite serves more than 10,000 customers globally, offering cloud-powered comprehensive solutions for HR functions, including core HR, payroll, talent management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience management. Bryant's promotion reaffirms SAP's commitment to the APJ region where interest in advanced HR technologies is rapidly growing.

Bryant previously held the position of Head of SAP SuccessFactors in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), a role he has occupied since 2022. Following Angela Colantuono's appointment as President and Managing Director for SAP ANZ, he will step in to lead SAP SuccessFactors' strategy across the APJ region. Part of Bryant's strategy involves accelerating cloud adoption and incorporating Business AI innovations to better support customers' people objectives.

Paul Marriott, President of SAP APJ, expressed confidence in Bryant's ability to drive growth. He says, "Asia Pacific and Japan is already one of the fastest-growing regions globally for SAP, and Tim's extensive human capital management experience and strong leadership credentials make him the right leader for this role. I'm confident in his ability to drive the next phase of growth, while supporting customers across the region to achieve their people ambitions, grow, and scale." Marriott also extended gratitude to Angela Colantuono for her successful leadership tenure at SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite is designed to provide personalised experiences to keep employees engaged, learning, productive, and connected. Furthermore, it empowers organisations with workforce agility to keep pace with continuous change. It also incorporates AI innovations such as the talent intelligence hub, an AI-powered framework to address the evolving workforce needs.

Bryant commented on the increasingly critical role of technology and AI in understanding and developing talent. He said, "Organisations across the APJ region are increasingly exploring how technology - and in particular Business AI - can help them identify, develop, and retain top talent and enable them to better understand, build, and leverage the skills of their workforces." Bryant also expressed his eagerness to assist Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and other business leaders in effectively leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to build engaged and productive workforces.

In his new role, Bryant will report directly to Liher Urbizu, Chief Business Officer, SAP APJ and will continue to be based in Melbourne. With his extensive experience and innovative strategies, Bryant is expected to bolster SAP SuccessFactors' position as a leading HR technology provider across the APJ region.
