WalkMe appoints The Big Middle as a certified delivery partner
Wed, 2nd Nov 2022
FYI, this story is more than a year old

WalkMe has announced that The Big Middle has been appointed as a WalkMe certified delivery partner.

The company’s rapid certification follows its initial appointment as an Australian WalkMe partner earlier this year and its subsequent ability to successfully support customers to drive better use and engagement of their digital assets.

As part of the certification process, The Big Middle’s consultants succeeded in completing a solution engineering and project enablement program of excellence that included exam-based coursework and live on-project evaluation conducted by WalkMe.

This experience will enable the organisation to lead clients by building and managing digital adoption solutions that achieve specific business goals.

Another contribution to gaining certification included The Big Middle’s ability to demonstrate accelerated time to value in supporting Sutherland Shire Council with council-wide digital adoption.

“The Big Middle built 20 WalkMe processes to support Sutherland Shire Council users in their change to a new finance and supply chain management system,” says Nicola Sleight, Sutherland Shire Council (SSC).

“The Big Middle’s efficient communication, project management, and commitment to high standard results as well as their expertise in WalkMe system knowledge and building skills enhanced the successfully implementation of WalkMe at SSC. The Big Middle’ confidence and ability in guiding subject matter experts through content and process building produced excellent real-time training processes to empower end users.”

The WalkMe certification partner program offers opportunities for WalkMe partners such as The Big Middle to expand their businesses as fast-growing, mid-size enterprises and government organisations continue to look to cloud computing to answer their business needs.

“Being a WalkMe certified delivery partner will enable The Big Middle to provide a deliberate adoption path that allows organisations to unlock value quickly with core functionality and support their business strategy for the long term,” says Andrew McAdams, CEO, The Big Middle.

“We’re excited about the future market potential and building mutual WalkMe business success with our certified and highly skilled and talented consultants moving forward.”

Partners can increase the value of WalkMe solutions by leveraging their domain expertise and delivering solutions and services that meet joint customers’ global, regional, and local requirements.

Together, WalkMe and The Big Middle will help Australian public and private sector enterprises to accelerate digital adoption, save time, reduce risk and operate more strategically.

“We’re building a vibrant multi-tiered ecosystem of partners and are thrilled to expand our strategic partnership with The Big Middle,” says Antony Collins, Vice President of Alliance and Channel APJ, WalkMe.

“Their deep cloud solutions experience pairs perfectly with WalkMe’s cloud-based digital adoption platform solution, and together we look forward to helping customers leverage their digital applications and platforms to ultimately achieve their digital transformation goals.”
