Azzet appoints Henry Stoever to board for global push

Fri, 30th Jan 2026

Azzet has appointed Henry Stoever as an independent, non-executive Director as the company scales its international marketplace for investment opportunities and premium assets.

Stoever joins the board as Azzet expands a network that the company says reaches users in more than 160 countries. Azzet is headquartered in New York and has representatives on the east and west coasts of the US and in Australia.

Stoever works as a Principal at Brentwood Advisory Group. He is also Founder and Managing Principal of Windsor Strategy. His background includes executive leadership, marketing strategy and board governance across nonprofit organisations and private companies.

"With online marketplaces currently fragmented by asset type and country, Azzet's strategy to provide a global network of opportunities for buyers, sellers and investors across all major asset types makes complete sense. I'm delighted to join the Board and help guide the company as it connects a global community to opportunities that have the potential to transform both wealth and lifestyle," said Henry Stoever, Board Director, Azzet.

Marketplace focus

Azzet describes itself as a marketplace for investment opportunities and premium assets. The company lists real estate, businesses, yachts, cars, private equity and investment products among its asset classes. It also publishes editorial content alongside listings.

The company says members can self-publish and share content, create listings and engage with other members. Azzet says joining the platform is free and profiles are verified.

Azzet launched its platform in 2024. The company says it has attracted visitors from more than 160 countries across marketplace listings and editorial content.

Executive background

Stoever previously served as President and CEO of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges. The organisation works with higher education boards and governance. Azzet said Stoever held responsibility for national higher education governance for more than 2,000 institutions and 40,000 trustees during his tenure.

He also served as Chief Marketing Officer of the National Association of Corporate Directors. The association operates in the corporate governance sector. Azzet said Stoever oversaw marketing, partner relations and board development initiatives.

Azzet pointed to Stoever's experience in online property data. Earlier in his career he served as Vice President of Marketing at CoStar Group. CoStar acquired Domain.com.au in 2025 in a transaction that valued the Australian digital media company at USD $2 billion, according to the company statement.

Stoever has also held leadership roles at StudentLoans.com, Sprint Nextel Communications, LexisNexis and Kraft Foods, according to Azzet.

His education includes an economics degree from the United States Naval Academy. He later completed an MBA in marketing and strategy at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Azzet said Stoever served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Expansion plans

Azzet said it plans to scale its marketplace, user base and editorial team ahead of a global rollout. The company also positions the business as a route for agents, brokers, dealers and private sellers seeking international exposure for listings across different asset categories.

"We are privileged to welcome Henry to Azzet at this transformative stage of our growth. His expertise in online marketplaces, digital strategy, and corporate governance will be invaluable as we accelerate our expansion and strengthen our position as a leading global asset network," said Nicholas Lawson, Managing Director of Investor Relations, Azzet.

Stoever resides in Alexandria, Virginia, according to the company.
