Claroty has appointed Yuval Fessler as its new Chief Legal Officer, an experienced professional in legal and business affairs.

Yuval Fessler joins Claroty with 20 years of expertise in managing global legal and corporate relations. His proficiency extends to complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and regulatory strategies. His role at Claroty will focus on promoting the company's growth, international expansion, and readiness for public markets.

"Yuval joins Claroty at a stage in our journey where we're more confident than ever in our vision, technology, and leadership in protecting the world's most critical operations," said Yaniv Vardi, CEO of Claroty. "His deep knowledge of scaling hyper-growth companies to perform on the public market is an invaluable asset as Claroty charts our course for future success."

Prior to Claroty, Fessler was the Chief Legal & Business Officer at Tufin, where he played a significant role during their NYSE IPO in 2019, managing intricate shareholder issues and negotiating substantial deals with large global clients in various sectors, including finance and aerospace. He also held a key position at OpenWeb, where he facilitated the raising of over USD $300 million in growth capital and led several crucial acquisitions globally.

"Claroty is experiencing explosive growth amidst clear recognition as the leader in CPS protection," said Fessler. "The company is extremely well-positioned for long term success and I'm thrilled to be joining and to help guide the team to becoming a cybersecurity powerhouse."

Fessler's appointment coincides with Claroty's recognition as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPS Protection Platforms, where it was noted for its ability to execute and completeness of vision. The firm has reported over 300% growth in annual recurring revenue over the past three years and offers services to 24 of the Fortune 100 companies.
