Diligent enhances platform with AI & Google Drive tools
Diligent has announced new enhancements to the Diligent One Platform designed to improve board and leadership efficiency, streamline meeting preparation, and enhance risk oversight.
The platform now includes AI Smart Prep capabilities, which offer insightful question recommendations prior to board meetings, and a Google Drive integration that simplifies and secures board document preparations. Additionally, the expanded Education & Templates Library offers over 150 governance resources tailored to aid board and leadership effectiveness.

The recent integration with Google Drive allows users to securely upload documents into board books, significantly reducing preparation time. The platform's expanded educational resources cover topics such as Artificial Intelligence, cyber risk, governance structures, and challenges specific to private, public, and pre-IPO companies. These resources aim to support leaders in adapting to regulatory demands and building resilient governance frameworks.
Diligent has also introduced new Director & Officer (D&O) and board evaluation questionnaires, developed in collaboration with global law firm Goodwin and the Diligent Institute, respectively. These tools are designed to assist organisations in handling governance responsibilities and regulatory compliance effectively.
