ECI Software Solutions acquires ProfitKey International

ECI Software Solutions has finalised its acquisition of ProfitKey International, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for discrete manufacturers. The purchase aims to enhance ECI's existing manufacturing software portfolio and solidify its commitment to supporting businesses in this sector. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
