HeadFirst has reorganised its Australian leadership team, bringing sales, customer success and talent management into a single structure.

The new model is intended to support the company's next phase of growth in Australia and more closely align its client, talent and commercial functions.

Under the revised structure, Ross Vincent has been appointed President, Sales & Marketing; Andrew Turner, President, Customer Success; and Nicole Trudgett, President, Talent Management.

Vincent will oversee HeadFirst's go-to-market activities in Australia, including identifying new business opportunities and shaping how its services are positioned. He brings experience from the technology and workforce solutions sectors.

Turner will lead customer success across onboarding, delivery, retention and growth. He has returned to HeadFirst and relocated to Australia for the role, managing customer relationships from initial engagement through ongoing service delivery.

Trudgett will lead talent management, with responsibility for attracting, engaging and supporting specialist workers used by clients. Her appointment completes a leadership team designed to connect customer relationships, talent delivery and commercial operations more directly.

The restructure comes as employers in Australia reassess how they manage permanent employees, contractors, specialist partners and newer technologies, including artificial intelligence. HeadFirst said the new arrangement reflects that shift and its broader focus on what it describes as work orchestration.

Market pressures

HeadFirst cited ongoing skills shortages and tighter oversight of contingent labour arrangements as factors reshaping demand. It also pointed to the impact of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Act on how organisations structure their workforce models.

Those pressures have led many businesses to review how separate workforce functions are managed and how accountability is assigned across hiring, delivery and workforce planning. Against that backdrop, HeadFirst is bringing three parts of its Australian business into a single leadership framework.

Mark Coyle, Chief Executive Officer ANZ at HeadFirst, said the move responds to those market changes.

"Australian organisations are facing a more complex workforce environment, shaped by persistent skills shortages, greater regulatory scrutiny, and the growing role of AI and automation. This new structure reflects how seriously we're taking that shift and positions us to help Australian organisations navigate a workforce landscape that's becoming more complex by the year," said Mark Coyle, Chief Executive Officer ANZ at HeadFirst.

HeadFirst operates in workforce solutions, serving enterprise organisations that need access to specialised talent. The Australian realignment suggests the company is seeking a more integrated approach to sales, service delivery and talent supply as clients look for closer coordination across those areas.

The revised leadership model also suggests HeadFirst sees customer retention and talent access as increasingly linked, particularly in sectors where specialist skills are scarce. By assigning dedicated senior leaders to each function within one operating structure, the business aims to reduce separation between winning work, servicing clients and supplying talent.

Coyle also commented on the three executives appointed to the Australian leadership team.

"Ross, Andrew, and Nicole bring incredible depth to our local business, positioning HeadFirst to guide Australian enterprises through this next era of workforce transformation," said Coyle.
