OneKloudX brings Cauzzy AI agents to Australian NetSuite users

Mon, 27th Oct 2025

OneKloudX has partnered with Cauzzy to become the first Australian consulting partner for Cauzzy, introducing AI-powered agents to the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.

The partnership enables NetSuite customers to access Cauzzy's SuiteApp-certified technology, which includes AI agents for financial reconciliation, process optimisation, inventory management and embedded chat interfaces directly within NetSuite. According to the companies, this collaboration aims to help organisations enhance decision-making capabilities, reduce manual effort, and improve business process efficiencies using artificial intelligence.

AI capabilities

The AI components available as part of this offering include anomaly detection agents that can flag reconciliation issues before problems escalate, decision-making agents that streamline analysis and process workflows, and inventory optimisation agents that seek to enhance operational efficiency. There is also a real-time embedded chat interface designed to bring insight directly to users within the NetSuite platform.

"Our mission has always been to deliver more than ERP," said Robert Jurcec, CEO of OneKloudX. "Partnering with Cauzzy allows us to bring AI-driven intelligence inside NetSuite itself, helping customers make faster decisions, reduce manual reporting, and unlock greater value from their ERP."

The partnership comes as more organisations in Australia look to utilise artificial intelligence and automation within core business platforms, such as ERP systems, to address growing complexity and the need for efficiency due to limited resourcing.

Industry alignment

Josh LaSov, CEO and Founder of Cauzzy, commented on the partnership's alignment with Cauzzy's goals and the importance of user-focused technology in the ERP sector.

"We're excited to partner with OneKloudX, a forward-thinking player in the NetSuite ecosystem," said Josh LaSov, CEO and Founder of Cauzzy. Their approach puts user needs at the centre of ERP implementation, which aligns perfectly with Cauzzy's mission to make AI agents practical and impactful".

OneKloudX and Cauzzy both emphasised that the partnership is intended to redefine how intelligent and user-centric solutions can shape the ERP landscape in Australia. Through joint efforts, they seek to support organisations as they look to streamline operations and improve competitiveness by embedding AI-driven tools within everyday workflows.

Service delivery and future plans

As part of the collaboration, OneKloudX will now offer consultation and service delivery to its clients interested in adopting Cauzzy's AI agents within the NetSuite environment. This includes tailored support for implementation, integration and ongoing optimisation.

To showcase the practical applications of the new technology, OneKloudX has scheduled a Lunch & Learn session where experts will demonstrate the use of Cauzzy's AI agents within NetSuite. This is expected to provide businesses with an overview of how embedded AI can be leveraged to address operational pain points in finance and supply chain processes.

The companies describe the embedded AI and chatbot functionality as solutions that can act across a range of NetSuite modules. Specific uses include proactively identifying anomalies within financial reconciliations, providing analytical support for business decisions, and offering automation for routine inventory management tasks.
