Oracle has unveiled new AI-powered features for its Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence platform, aiming to aid organisations in leveraging their data assets for maximum value in a data-centric business environment. These updates will feature intelligent applications tailored for Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM), extending beyond traditional analytics to suggest actionable steps for users in critical workflows.

The People Leader Workbench intelligent application for Oracle Cloud HCM will help organisations align their talent strategies with evolving business needs, thus supporting business and financial goals. This feature is designed for use by leaders and their HR and finance partners.
The Supply Chain Command Center intelligent application for Oracle Cloud SCM aims to assist organisations in swiftly adapting to fluctuations in demand, supply, and market conditions. It will recommend intelligent actions across the supply chain network, enabling a responsive and agile approach to supply chain management.
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence will also offer native support for Salesforce CRM. This integration allows Salesforce customers to seamlessly combine their CRM data with data from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, which is expected to enhance data quality, improve cross-functional analysis and provide an accurate view of key business information.
Operational reporting within Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence will provide organisations with a unified view of both predictive and transactional information. This feature is intended to streamline everyday operations by enabling more efficient data usage.
New AI/ML capabilities will be added across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX analytics. These enhancements aim to support better decision-making by enabling users to more accurately predict outcomes and prescribe actions.
Additionally, an AI-powered Developer Assistant will be introduced to aid developers in harnessing generative AI for streamlining the configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
