Peter Maloney appointed CEO of Lextech in leadership shake-up

Lextech and Purcell Partners have announced the appointment of Peter Maloney as Chief Executive Officer and Rafe Berding as Chief Growth Officer.

Peter Maloney, with his extensive experience in Australia's financial, legal, and property sectors, steps into the role of group CEO at Lextech. His prior leadership positions include CEO and Managing Director of GlobalX, as well as Managing Director of Dye & Durham Australia, where he played a key role in the merger of SAI Global Property with GlobalX into Dye & Durham.

In another significant leadership move, Rafe Berding has been named as Chief Growth Officer, bringing with him a wealth of experience in high-compliance and regulatory-driven industries. His background includes work across Australia's banking, legal, conveyancing, and government sectors, making him well-versed in mortgage services, property settlements, regulatory technology, and compliance and risk management standards.

Additionally, Jason Popkowski joins Lextech as Head of Sales. Mr. Popkowski's leadership credentials include being General Manager of Financial Services at Dye & Durham, Client Service Manager at the NSW Land Registry Service, and Head of Sales for eBay. His expertise in customer engagement and financial services will be pivotal in enhancing Lextech's customer experience and commercial operations.
