Vection secures AUD $4 million Italian enterprise tech deal
Vection Technologies has secured a deal valued at AUD $4 million with Omniacom Group for the deployment of its technology across multiple enterprise projects in Italy.
New framework
The agreement between Vection Technologies and Omniacom Group covers a period of three years.
Under this framework, Vection will provide its proprietary technology stack, INTEGRATEDXR, which brings together artificial intelligence-powered analytics and extended reality visualisation tools for enterprise clients.
The binding purchase orders from Omniacom Group, which includes Omnia Comunicazioni and Piemme Telecom, total AUD $3,939,000. This arrangement entails phased rollouts and the achievement of specific service milestones designed for Omniacom's enterprise customer base across several major sectors.
According to Vection Technologies, the deal represents the company's largest ever monthly order intake, helping it exceed AUD $10 million in orders in June. The business described the deal as material as its value is significantly above the announcement materiality threshold set by Vection's board.
Technology deployment
Vection's INTEGRATEDXR stack is designed to embed predictive analytics and automated decision-making into the heart of business processes. The technology enables operational teams to interpret complex, data-rich environments using immersive dashboards and interactive 3D models that deliver real-time insights.
As part of the agreement, Vection will provide consulting, comprehensive system integration, application management and end-to-end product-system-service design. The service offering is supported by Vection's established intellectual property portfolio.
Targeted industries for this deployment include finance, telecommunications, media, automotive, energy and utilities, public sector administration, and healthcare. These sectors are characterised by their need for reliable, data-driven tools to support management and business transformation.
Channel partnership
The collaboration is expected to further Vection's channel strategy within continental Europe, supporting distributor-led sales and addressing market demands for solutions that combine artificial intelligence with extended reality visualisation.
This $4.0m order confirms immediate demand for our AI-powered XR solutions. Together with Omniacom, we will transform how enterprises visualise and act on data.
This statement was made by Gianmarco Biagi, Managing Director of Vection Technologies, regarding the agreement's impact on the firm's operations and its future prospects.
Vection offers a broad suite of cutting-edge technologies that meaningfully expands our value proposition. This partnership enables us to guide clients through every stage of digital transformation – from strategic design to immersive deployment.
This was the assessment from Riccardo Piffer, Managing Director of Omniacom Group, who drew attention to the breadth of Vection's technology and its potential to support clients through digital change initiatives.
Materiality and authorisation
The company board classified the agreement as material because the value of the deal exceeds AUD $500,000. As per Vection, the announcement was authorised by its board of directors in accordance with company policy.
