G2, regarded as the world's largest software marketplace, evaluates companies and products based on reviews from actual users. To qualify for the Best Software Awards, a company or product must have received at least one approved review during the previous calendar year and must appear on a G2 Grid. Scores are exclusively based on review data from the relevant evaluation period.
