Humanforce acquires LiveHire in USD $17.2M HR tech deal

Humanforce has announced the acquisition of Australian HR tech company LiveHire for USD $17.2 million.

The Sydney-based global provider of human capital management solutions highlights this as their fourth acquisition in two years, aiming to address labour demands in sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and local government.

Humanforce CEO Clayton Pyne commented, "We are thrilled to bring LiveHire into the Humanforce family. LiveHire, founded in 2012 in Australia, has developed its reputation by revolutionising the candidate experience and expanding into global markets. It boasts a community of nearly 10 million candidates, processing over 13 million job applications worldwide.

LiveHire's integration into Humanforce offers a comprehensive human capital management suite inclusive of Workforce Management, HR, Payroll, Wellbeing, and Talent in one platform. This aims to provide businesses a holistic view of their workforce and improve their ability to respond to labour market changes.
