Humanforce & Pinpoint HRM join forces for enhanced cloud HCM projects
Wed, 29th Nov 2023

Humanforce has announced a strategic alliance with Pinpoint HRM, a top HR technology project specialist in the A/NZ region. This partnership represents an amplification of efforts to deliver high-quality client experiences in HCM projects on the cloud.

The two powerhouses will combine their expertise to offer an improved customer experience for organisations undergoing cloud HCM projects for shift-based and frontline workforces. Humanforce's HCM solutions, which support over 650,000 employees worldwide, and Pinpoint HRM's HR tech project know-how will underpin this groundbreaking partnership.

Clayton Pyne, CEO of Humanforce, stated: “This significant collaboration marks Humanforce's first agreement with a well-established advisory and customer success services provider, highlighting our dedication to delivering unparalleled customer experiences and an integrated and composable best-in-one HCM solution.”

Pinpoint will manage business change and system implementations for the Humanforce products, enabling larger and more intricate clients to gain access to world-leading HR tech project expertise and outcomes. Frontline and flexible workforces will get the capability to construct a full stack, integrated HR tech ecosystem using any combination of Humanforce’s WFM, HR, Payroll and Thrive Wellbeing products.

Pyne also pointed out the added value of this partnership: “The Pinpoint and Humanforce partnership will help accelerate customer adoption and optimisation of Humanforce, maximising value realisation and enhancing return on investment.”

Craig Aunger, Managing Director at Pinpoint HRM, shared his insights into the need for a partnership with Humanforce. He said: “Given the demand for the breadth of requirements in organisations wanting to digitally evolve the way frontline and flexible staff are managed, there was a strong business rationale for establishing a Humanforce practice.”

According to Aunger, Pinpoint HRM is forming a robust in-house team of Humanforce specialists. These experts, he said, would augment its existing capability to deliver highly successful transformation projects, and he looks forward to being able to serve a much wider audience. "Our focus is to offer customers the right fit options to complete their HR tech stack, including Pinpoint seamlessly delivering and deploying them."

Pyne further concluded: "In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, strong partnerships like these are more crucial than ever. We're excited about what the future holds with Pinpoint HRM by our side, ensuring our customers always have access to the best solution options and project outcomes." The partnership is set to trigger a ripple effect across the industry, revolutionising frontline workforce management.
