Wicky’s career in the ERP sector spans over 16 years and several countries, including Sri Lanka, Dubai, India, Malaysia, and Iraq. He began his professional journey as a trainee Production Engineer at Associated Motorways and most recently served as a Senior ERP Solution Architect at Integrated Xtreme Solutions. His expertise with Infor's SyteLine and related product implementations has been a significant aspect of his career trajectory.

Academically, Wicky is well-credentialed. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, a Certificate in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering Management. His strong educational background, coupled with his practical experience, positions him as a highly skilled professional in the ERP domain.
