Ofload has appointed Harmen Fredrikze as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Harmen Fredrikze brings over 20 years of experience in global technology and software companies to his new role at the Australian digital freight provider. His recent position was as Group Financial Controller at WiseTech Global, an ASX-listed company. Prior to this, he served as acting CFO and Group Controller for Bravura Solutions, another ASX-listed software multinational, where he played a significant role in the company's Initial Public Offering in 2016.
Fredrikze's career includes various finance leadership positions, such as Finance Director for Computer Sciences Corporation, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Director Corporate Finance with iSOFT Group, an ASX-listed software company, and Financial Controller for Sydney Airport Corporation. Early in his career, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland and later held senior finance roles with listed multinationals in Switzerland prior to moving to Sydney.
The appointment of Fredrikze is part of a broader strategy by Ofload to strengthen its executive team during a period of growth and expansion. Recently, the company also appointed Dean Newman, former Director at Woolworths Group, as Chief Operating Officer.

Fredrikze has worked internationally across major multinationals listed on several exchanges including the Australian Securities Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange and Euronext (Milan). He holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode University. Additionally, he is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ofload has focused on growing its leadership to support its next phase of strategic development as the company expands within the freight and logistics sector in Australia and beyond.
