Matt Smith has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Symphony Commerce. Smith has previously led Barrett Dixon Bell through a management buyout and transitioned the agency to become fully employee-owned, where he continues to serve as Executive Chairman. Symphony's board has identified Smith as the suitable candidate to deliver on the company's renewed strategic vision, leveraging his significant experience in growing global B2B enterprises.

Kevin Jones, Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Symphony Commerce, commented on the appointment: "We are absolutely thrilled to have Matt stepping into the role of CEO at such an important time for Symphony. Now, having him at the helm is nothing short of incredible. We're excited for what's ahead and confident that Matt's leadership will propel Symphony to new heights."

In taking on his new role, Smith has proceeded with strategic appointments, including the hiring of Ella Lim as Chief Financial Officer. Lim brings over 15 years of experience in commercial finance from her previous tenure at Hilti Great Britain. Her experience in financial strategy and process optimisation is expected to be significant in driving Symphony Commerce's financial objectives.

Ella Lim expressed her excitement by stating, "I am delighted to join Symphony Commerce and contribute to its ambitious growth journey. Additionally, Hannah Spencer has been promoted internally to join the leadership team as Client Service Director.
