UKG, HR Crowd partner on SAP SuccessFactors WFM rollouts
UKG has signed a partnership with HR Crowd in Australia and New Zealand, adding a specialist implementation partner for UKG Pro Workforce Management in organisations that run SAP SuccessFactors.
The agreement names HR Crowd as a UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation partner for customers with complex workforce management and compliance requirements. UKG said the partnership expands its delivery and implementation coverage across the region.
HR Crowd operates as an advisory-led consultancy focused on HR, payroll and time systems. The firm works across public and private sector organisations in Australia and New Zealand. It has a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, workforce management, payroll and compliance-led operating environments.
Partner model
UKG said the partnership reflects customer demand for workforce management delivery that aligns with existing HR systems. It also points to the role of consulting specialists in regulated operating environments, where time, attendance, pay and compliance requirements often sit across multiple systems and stakeholders.
UKG Pro Workforce Management manages processes such as time and attendance. Many large employers in Australia and New Zealand also run SAP SuccessFactors as a core HR system. Integrations between workforce management and HR platforms often sit alongside payroll and compliance obligations, including award interpretation and reporting requirements.
UKG said HR Crowd will work with customers that want closer alignment between time, pay and compliance processes and their broader HR and payroll environments. The companies said they will focus on organisations that want UKG Pro Workforce Management alongside SAP SuccessFactors.
Dedicated practice
HR Crowd said it is investing in a dedicated UKG Pro Workforce Management practice. Rachel Cooper will lead that practice as UKG Lead Consultant.
The companies said the practice will cover implementation work and ongoing optimisation. They also said the work will target organisations with complex and regulated workforce arrangements.
HR Crowd is led by co-CEO Adrian Everett. The company described Everett as an HR technology and workforce transformation leader with experience in enterprise consulting and software organisations.
UKG said HR Crowd has already worked alongside UKG on customer engagements. UKG said several other organisations are evaluating UKG Pro Workforce Management.
UKG framed the agreement as a way to scale delivery as demand grows in Australia and New Zealand. The company said it will continue to invest in its regional partner ecosystem.
Executive comments
UKG positioned the arrangement as part of its regional approach to working with consulting partners.
"Partnerships play a critical role in how we deliver value to customers across the region," said Huzaifa Doctor, Partner and Alliance Manager for UKG ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Japan. "HR Crowd brings strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise and a practical, implementation-focused approach, which is exactly what customers need as they look to extend workforce management capability within their existing HR environments."
Everett said customers want integrations that fit into established HR environments, with an emphasis on operational outcomes in regulated settings.
"Organisations are increasingly looking for workforce management solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors and deliver real operational outcomes," said Everett. "Our partnership with UKG reflects a shared commitment to helping customers achieve that at enterprise scale, particularly in complex and highly regulated environments across Australia and New Zealand."
Cooper linked the new practice to delivery coverage across the lifecycle of a deployment.
"By investing in a dedicated UKG Pro WFM practice, we're building the capability required to support customers from implementation through to optimisation. We're pleased to be partnering with UKG as we expand this offering," said Cooper.
UKG said it expects the partnership with HR Crowd to sit within a broader network of implementation partners across Australia and New Zealand.
