Wiise & SignUp Software launch AP automation for SMEs in ANZ
Wiise and SignUp Software have entered a partnership to deliver accounts payable automation for small and medium-sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
The agreement sees SignUp Software's accounts payable (AP) automation tool, ExFlow, fully integrated with the Wiise cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The integration is designed to assist Australian and New Zealand companies in streamlining invoice approvals, improving cash flow visibility, and reducing financial errors - all within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
Financial process automation
SignUp Software has a background of 20 years delivering automation for financial processes and operates in over 65 countries. Its ExFlow platform has already been adopted by more than 2,000 customers across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and not-for-profits. ExFlow is intended to automate end-to-end invoice processing, reduce reliance on manual procedures, and increase audit accuracy, while also improving access to financial insights.
By embedding ExFlow into the Wiise ERP system, both companies expect to provide a tool that enables growing businesses to overcome the traditional obstacles associated with accounts payable, such as lengthy approval cycles and risk of human error, without increasing operational complexity. The combined solution supports scalability as businesses expand their operations and transaction volumes.
Support for decision-making
According to Wiise, the partnership delivers benefits that extend beyond process efficiency. Organisations gain access to real-time financial insights, an expanded range of automated controls, and capabilities for mitigating fraud risk. These enhancements are expected to help businesses make decisions more rapidly and with greater confidence.
Charlie Wood, Chief Executive Officer of Wiise, said: "As businesses grow, their financial complexities increase, and traditional AP processes can quickly become a bottleneck. Our partnership with SignUp Software will embed ExFlow's best-in-class solution seamlessly into the Wiise platform, enabling more finance teams to automate and optimise their payable processes while ensuring compliance and enhancing collaboration across departments. It's a natural extension of our mission to equip growing businesses with the necessary tools they need to operate efficiently, make faster decisions and gain deeper financial insight."
Customer application
Burnie Brae, a not-for-profit organisation supporting seniors and individuals living with disabilities, serves as one example of a business that has implemented ExFlow. With an annual processing volume of up to 10,000 invoices, Burnie Brae has reported a reduction in processing errors and administration costs after adopting the automation platform. This has allowed its finance team to focus on other priorities, including delivering wider social benefits to its clients and stakeholders.
Market expansion
The partnership reflects SignUp Software's commitment to expanding in the Australia and New Zealand region, through collaboration with companies that have an established presence in the market for Microsoft-based business platforms. The integration of ExFlow with Wiise aims to address the requirements of small and medium-sized business customers seeking to modernise and scale their financial operations.
David Williams, Managing Director of SignUp Software, said: "Partnering with Wiise is an exciting step forward for SignUp Software as we continue to grow and strengthen our footprint in the ANZ market. Wiise has a proven track record of delivering innovative ERP solutions tailored to the needs of growing businesses, making them an ideal partner to bring ExFlow to a broader customer base. Together, we look forward to helping organisations streamline financial processes, close their AP fast and accurately, reduce fraud and unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central."
The alliance between Wiise and SignUp Software brings together two established providers with a focus on ERP and financial process automation, integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem for small and medium-sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
