Kinetic IT appoints Inese Kingsmill as new Board Director

Kinetic IT has appointed Inese Kingsmill as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of its People and Remuneration Committee.

Inese Kingsmill brings over 25 years of experience to Kinetic IT, having held executive leadership roles at Microsoft, Telstra, and Virgin Australia, as well as non-executive positions in ASX-listed companies. Her appointment became effective on 1 November 2024.

Currently, Kingsmill is the Chair of HiPages and Sonder, and she holds non-executive director roles on the boards of Retail Employees Superannuation (REST) and NobleOak Life Limited. Her experience in digital transformation, strategy, and customer innovation is expected to benefit Kinetic IT significantly.
