Matt Milne appointed Access4's Chief Revenue Officer

Access4 has announced the appointment of Matt Milne to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibilities based in Sydney.

Milne will lead and provide strategic direction for Access4's go-to-market function. His role encompasses channel sales, pre-sales, new business development, marketing, and enterprise bids and tenders. He will collaborate with channel partners to deliver on the company's value proposition and foster long-term partnerships.

This appointment follows Access4's acquisition of Channel UC, where Milne previously served as Co-Owner and Director. He brings over 15 years of sales leadership and strategic expertise, having played a significant role in establishing Channel UC as a separate entity following its separation from Mia Distribution when it was acquired by Bluechip Infotech in 2022. During his tenure, Milne expanded Channel UC's sales capacity with a focus on product optimisation, which led to improved sales productivity and alignment across customer-facing teams.

Access4 has integrated Channel UC's omni-channel contact centre solutions into its SASBOSS cloud platform. This integration is designed to offer a scalable, automated communication solution across Unified Communications, Customer Experience, and User Experience. The company has also included a vendor-led professional services component to enable partners to deploy more complex cloud communication solutions effectively.

Access4 boasts a transacting reseller base of nearly 600 partners and over 350,000 services on the SASBOSS platform. The company plans to launch the Access4 Academy to facilitate partner learning with self-service access to content available on demand. Additionally, Access4 is preparing for its annual six-city roadshow across Australia and New Zealand to educate partners on new product offerings.
