Richard Aldridge named director of growth at Nest Commerce
Richard Aldridge has been appointed as the first Director of Growth at the full-funnel performance agency, Nest Commerce.
Aldridge previously held the position of Executive Director of UK Business Development at ecommerce performance marketing platform, Wunderkind. In his new role at Nest Commerce, he will report to Chief Growth Officer Luke Jonas and will be tasked with driving new customer acquisition and identifying commercial opportunities.
This appointment comes in the wake of Nest Commerce's significant business expansion over the past year, having achieved a 75% increase in growth year on year. The agency provides marketing services for numerous ecommerce brands, among them ME+EM, Reiss, Hims, Ridge, Crew Clothing, and Nadine Merabi.
Luke Jonas, Chief Growth Officer at Nest Commerce, commented on the new appointment, saying, "For this new role in the business, there was a target list of one. Richard's knowledge of the business from Nest partner, Wunderkind, combined with his strong reputation and respect from brand leaders across the ecommerce world, makes him the perfect hire. His commercial acumen will be crucial in accelerating Nest's ambitious growth plans this year."
